How will I know when my order will be ready?
Most of our range is custom-made, because labels, prints or engravings, etc. must be made for it according to the customer's specific wishes. After receiving the order, we confirm the status of the customer's order by automatic emails, the status can also be checked within the account, where the order status is visible for registered customers.
What is an engraved label and how long does it take to produce it?
It is a plastic label in gold, silver or bronze, 0.8mm thick, into which the desired text or logo is burned by a laser. The color of the text is black, because the background color of the material is black.
Production time: The implementation period ranges from 1-4 days depending on the laser's workload and the number of labels.
How are engraved glass plaques produced and how long does production take?
The desired text or logo is burned into the glass plaque on an engraving machine through a self-adhesive cover foil that is glued to its entire surface. The foil is then removed in a water bath and the plaque is polished. This makes it ready for the customer.
Production time: It always depends on whether the plaque is in stock, how many the customer orders and whether the logo needs to be processed - we will inform the customer individually of the production date after receiving the order - it is usually at least 1 week from the confirmation of the documents. The logo or image must be delivered "in curves" (cdr, eps, .pdf format)
For insufficiently prepared logos, we also offer logo processing (CURVING): 400 CZK/hour - we always inform you of the number of hours in advance before implementation.
What about the font on cup labels and medal prints?
For labels and prints, we always choose a font type that is easy to read and bold, after all, the dimensions of the bases and backs of medals are usually relatively small.
If a customer would like a certain font type, there is certainly no problem with that, it is good to either write it in the notes in the order. We currently use the RAKESLY font.
What about the font type and the placement of the text on glass plaques?
As for glass plaques, we always use the boldest possible font type. If there is a logo on the glass and there are more plaques, we send the customer a preview for approval before production.
If a customer would like a certain font type, there is certainly no problem with that, it is good to send it by email or write it in the notes in the order.
In what format should I insert a logo or image into orders?
a) for foil labels for cups, trophies and medals, documents in .pdf, .jpg, .png formats are sufficient
b) for glass plaques and engraved labels, images and logos in "curves" need to be supplied - .cdr, .eps, .pdf, etc. format - after receiving documents that are not in "curves", we will contact the customer and agree on the next steps.
