How will I know when my order is ready?
Most of our products are made to order – labels, prints or engraving are produced according to the customer's wishes.
- After we receive your order, you automatically receive e-mails about its current status.
- Registered customers can also track the status of their order after logging in to their account.
What is an engraved label and how long does it take to make?
An engraved label is a plastic label in gold, silver or bronze.
Technical specifications:
- thickness 0.8 mm
- laser engraved
- the text or logo is black (the base material is black)
Production time: 1–4 working days, depending on the laser workload and the number of pieces.
How are engraved glass plaques made and how long does production take?
First, a protective self-adhesive film is applied to the entire surface of the glass plaque. The required text or logo is then burned into the film on an engraving machine. Finally, the film is removed in a water bath and the plaque is polished.
Production time depends on whether the plaque is in stock, on the number of pieces and on the complexity of the logo. We confirm the delivery date individually after receiving the order, usually at least 1 week after the artwork has been approved.
Logo requirements: the logo or image must be supplied as vector artwork (.cdr, .eps or .pdf format).
Conversion of non-vector artwork (vectorisation): 500 CZK per hour. We always let you know the number of hours in advance for approval.
Which font is used on labels and prints (trophies, medals)?
We use a font that is easy to read and slightly bolder (because of the small areas on trophy bases and the backs of medals). Our standard font is Rakesly.
If you would like a specific font, simply state it in the order note or send it to us by e-mail.
Which font and text layout are used on glass plaques?
For glass plaques we always choose the boldest possible font.
- If the plaque includes a logo and the order contains several pieces, we send you a graphic preview for approval before production.
- Individual requests regarding the font or text layout can be stated in the order note or sent by e-mail.
In which format should I supply a logo or image?
a) Foil labels and prints (trophies, medals): .pdf, .jpg or .png formats are sufficient.
b) Glass plaques and engraved labels: the artwork must be supplied as vector artwork (.cdr, .eps, .pdf).
If we receive artwork that is not in vector format, we will contact you and agree on the next steps.
How to shop
a) In person at our shop

Opening hours: Monday 12:00–17:00, Tuesday–Thursday 9:00–17:00, Friday 9:00–14:00.
b) Through our online shop
Choose the product variant (emblem, label, ribbon, etc.) – the individual variants are always shown in the product gallery. After adding one variant to the cart, you can add further ones (e.g. gold / silver / bronze medal).
c) Ordering by e-mail
Orders can be sent to info@lukasport.cz. However, we prefer orders placed through the e-shop – the whole process is faster and clearer.
In an e-mail order, please always state: the catalogue number, size, number of pieces, required delivery date, billing details, delivery method and, where applicable, the type of emblem or ribbon and the type of label (printed / engraved) including its text.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of your order. The shopping cart calculates them automatically. All prices include VAT.
- PPL – pickup point (Czech Republic): from 79 CZK (0–5 kg) to 199 CZK (20–30 kg)
- PPL – home delivery (Czech Republic): from 129 CZK (0–2 kg) to 399 CZK (20–30 kg)
- Zásilkovna – pickup point (Czech Republic, max. 15 kg): 89 CZK (0–5 kg), 179 CZK (5–15 kg)
- Zásilkovna – home delivery (Czech Republic, max. 15 kg): 139 CZK (0–5 kg), 149 CZK (5–15 kg)
- PPL – pickup point (Slovakia): from 5 € (0–2 kg) to 7.9 € (10–20 kg)
- PPL – home delivery (Slovakia): from 8.1 € (0–2 kg) to 20.4 € (20–30 kg)
